If you would like to learn how to read words in biblical Hebrew, here is a very beginning class for you. No prior experience is needed. You will learn the basics step by step.
In this course, you will learn the Hebrew alphabet, 40 words from the Bible, important biblical names, several Bible verses, and a prayer/blessing. Biblical Hebrew is a beautiful language that reveals God’s heart in amazing ways.
Each week you will learn new letters of the alphabet, at an easy pace. You will start learning words from the very first week. Best of all, when you learn the foundations of biblical Hebrew, you can look up any word to find its richness of meaning, for a lifetime of Bible exploration. This class will teach you how.

About Your Instructor
Janet Eriksson is an intercessor, writer, and teacher living in the beautiful foothills of Dahlonega, Georgia. She fell in love with biblical Hebrew on a trip to Israel and couldn’t wait to study the language. She received her Master of Divinity degree at Asbury Theological Seminary, where she studied Beginning Biblical Hebrew as well as intermediate grammar and biblical translation through Exegesis of Isaiah.
Janet has studied languages all her life and has worked as a language tutor. She offers live classes, workshops, and online classes in beginning biblical Hebrew.
