God’s Beauty in May

A guest post by Janet Eriksson . . .

God, how I love Your beautiful creation in the month of May.

As I watch the orchard trees come alive with their leaves in infinite shades of green, I think of what a creative artist You are.

The quiet brook washes the earth, reminding me of how You continue to cleanse me, so I can be more like You.

I see the butterflies in the sweet May gardens, and I celebrate the transformation You are bringing in my life and in my family.

When I’m surrounded by flowers in radiant purple, blue, yellow, rose, I am thankful for how You surround me with Your love.

As I walk barefoot through the warming grass, I feel secure, knowing You walk with me, always have, and always will.

God, I love the month of May, each day a gift from You. I feel alive and refreshed. You delight that I enjoy all this beauty You created. You sing Your song over me. Your loving presence makes me smile.

God, You are amazing.

Amen
